Privacy Policy
A clear account of information collected through the site, how it is used, and the retention and request controls that apply to currently connected forms.
1. Operator and scope
Current implementation: Privacy and deletion requests should be sent to [email protected] and are handled by the City Phase Audio owner/operator.
This policy covers information submitted through the Booking and Contact forms and information processed by connected site services. Contact and Booking inquiries are sent through Postmark to the City Phase Audio recipient mailbox. The site does not create WordPress inquiry records for those submissions.
2. Information the site may collect
- Booking and Contact details, including name, email, optional phone number, organization, dates, project location, scope, budget indication, and message content.
- Addresses entered through the location field and place information returned by Google Places when that integration is enabled.
- The current Booking interface does not accept or transmit reference files or other client uploads. Any future upload workflow requires separate approval.
- Technical and security records produced by the local application stack and connected form services, such as request, error, and service-delivery records.
The site should collect only information necessary to review and coordinate an inquiry.
3. Why information is collected
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, assess project scope, prepare a quote or agreement, coordinate requested services, maintain site security, keep required business records, and meet legal obligations.
4. Addresses and Google Places
When Google Places is enabled on Booking, venue or location search text and selected place details may be processed by Google. Use of that feature is also subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms and Google Privacy Policy. City Phase Audio must follow the applicable Google Places policies, including attribution and data-use restrictions.
5. Service providers and sharing
Current implementation: Contact and Booking submissions use Postmark for transactional email delivery. Cloudflare Turnstile processes form-security verification. Google Places processes Booking location searches where that feature is used. Google Analytics 4 measures website usage and interactions only after analytics consent. Delivered inquiries remain in the City Phase Audio recipient email mailbox.
The currently observed site code has no advertising or payment integration. The site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure website usage and interactions only after a visitor allows analytics. The site stores the visitor’s analytics-consent preference in the browser so it can apply on later visits, and the visitor can change or revoke that choice through Analytics choices. City Phase Audio does not intentionally send form contents or contact information to Google Analytics. Cloudflare Turnstile and Google Maps or Places are third-party browser services whose own technical processing should be reviewed through their current provider documentation.
Current implementation: The currently observed site code has no advertising integration or cross-context behavioral-advertising feature. This statement must be rechecked if the site or vendors change.
6. Retention, deletion, and requests
Current implementation: Contact and Booking Postmark Activity has a 45-day standard retention in the current launch configuration. Recipient-mailbox inquiry correspondence is retained operationally for up to 12 months after the last substantive communication and manually deleted by the City Phase Audio owner/operator. Local operational restore points and eligible local logs are governed by a 30-day rolling schedule. A converted client record may follow a separately approved future client-record policy.
Send privacy, access, correction, or deletion requests to [email protected]. The City Phase Audio owner/operator routes each request to the relevant mailbox, Postmark, WordPress, local-log, and backup owner. Deletion from provider systems, backups, and production infrastructure depends on the applicable verified system capability.
7. Security practices
City Phase Audio uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information handled. Operational controls, including access, credentials, encryption in transit, vendor configuration, file access, disposal, responsibilities, and incident response, remain subject to their individually verified configuration.
No online system can be guaranteed completely secure; the published wording must accurately describe implemented controls.
8. Changes and contact
