1. Purpose and scope

This page explains how City Phase Audio reviews booking requests and how professional engineering or production services move toward project confirmation. It is an operational explainer, not a contract or substitute for a signed agreement.

2. A request is not a confirmed booking

A request is not a confirmed booking and does not reserve a date, studio, venue, or other resource. Preferred and alternate dates are scheduling preferences until the applicable project is confirmed.

3. City Phase Audio professional services

City Phase Audio provides Brian’s professional engineering and production services. Depending on the project, work may occur:

• Remotely.
• At a client-selected location.
• At a venue.
• At a compatible third-party studio.

This page does not imply that City Phase Audio owns or controls a recording facility.

4. Third-party studio and facility relationship

Where a third-party studio or facility is involved, its availability and facility-specific terms are handled separately. Clients normally contract with and pay the studio directly. City Phase Audio separately scopes and invoices Brian’s professional services.

Third-party studio rules govern premises, deposits, cancellations, house staff, equipment, access, and facility-specific requirements. This page does not set those facility terms.

5. Review and confirmation sequence

Depending on the project, the general sequence may include:

1. Request.
2. Scope review.
3. Brian / City Phase Audio availability review.
4. Applicable studio or facility availability review.
5. Quote, agreement, and required approvals.
6. Applicable studio confirmation.
7. Project confirmation.

Not every project requires every step.

6. Client project information

Accurate scope, timing, location, technical requirements, deliverables, and project dependencies help City Phase Audio evaluate feasibility and prepare the appropriate quote or agreement.

Submitting information does not create pricing or payment obligations.

7. Scheduling and availability

Scheduling remains subject to review and confirmation. Key principles include:

• Dates and times are preferences until confirmed.
• City Phase Audio availability must be confirmed.
• Third-party studio or venue availability is separate where applicable.
• A website calendar, if displayed, should not be interpreted as real-time facility inventory.

8. Payment, cancellations, and rescheduling

Applicable payment, cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms are provided in the relevant quote, agreement, or confirmed project documentation. This page does not establish those terms.
