City Phase Audio is committed to providing a website that is accessible to as many people as possible.
Accessibility standard
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a target for the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of this website. Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a claim of certification or perfect accessibility in every environment.
Measures taken
The website uses semantic page structure and headings, keyboard-operable navigation and form controls, visible keyboard-focus styling, labeled form controls, programmatic error and status messages, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion handling in implemented motion and interactive components.
Testing and ongoing improvement
Accessibility checks are performed as the website changes. These checks include reviewing semantic structure, keyboard operation, focus visibility, form labels and status messages, and responsive reflow. Testing does not cover every browser, device, or assistive technology combination.
Known limitations
Some third-party services, including Cloudflare Turnstile on Contact and Google Places address suggestions on Booking, may behave differently across browsers and assistive technologies. Booking retains manual address entry, and essential information does not depend on a map.

City Phase Audio will review reported issues and, where feasible, provide an alternative way to access the information or service.
